College Board. The College Board is a not-for-profit membership association whose mission is to connect students to college success and opportunity. Founded in 1900, the association is composed of more than 5,400 schools, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations. Among its best-known programs are the SAT®, the PSAT/NMSQT®, and the Advanced Placement Program® (AP®). At TERI College Planning Centers, located in Boston, Brockton, and Chelsea, Massachusetts, education advisors provide FREE, one-on-one guidance and resources to make planning and paying for college as simple as possible. The main center at Copley Square is open 7 days a week from October 1 to May 31. During the summer, it is closed on Sundays. Massachusetts Division of Apprentice Training. Apprenticeship programs combine classroom and hands-on training in a specific occupation. Registered apprenticeship programs are available to qualified applicants at Labor Unions across the Commonwealth and through over 452 employers.
