This page helps web designers and others who use color on the computer understand how colors are mixed from different combinations of red, green and blue (the primary colors of light). HTML uses the sixteen standard colors shown in the first part of the page and the 216 web-safe colors (with hexidecimal codes) shown on the second part of the page.
